Re-Calibrating Our Lives: Making God our Center, Becky Eldredge (author, Busy Lives & Restless Souls: How Prayer Can Help You Find the Missing Peace)
Sometimes our lives require re-calibration.  On the more rare occasion, our lives might need a hard re-set.  But how do we know when its time to re-calibrate?  Where do we turn for help in making these adjustments?   What tools will aid us in aligning our lives around God?  Becky shared the wisdom of Ignatian discernment and prayer at Sheffield’s Chicago.
Becky also shared her insights in a Facebook Live event with the Midwest Jesuits.  Check it out here.

Faith@Work: a Jesuit perspective on exploring the intersection of your faith and work life, Fr. Pat McGrath, SJ (President, Loyola Academy)

“Your work, what you do, whether you believe it or not, is holy work.  And you’re saying, ‘Yeah, you should see what I do!’ But the point is where you are in your life is the intersection of God in this world. You: that’s where the Church is at that moment. Work is one of the ways you become the person God created you to be. The intersection of faith and work is you.” -Fr. Pat McGrath, SJ, Jesuit Connections, March 7, 2016
